A regular Yoga practice will help increase flexibility, muscle tone and over-all fitness; lubricate joints, ligaments, and tendons; massages your internal organs; assists the body in the detoxification process;  boosts lung capacity with the use of Pranayama techniques (breathing exercises).  The practice of Yoga will help you de-stress, relax and refresh.  I want to share Yoga with people looking to release stress and feel relief, increase flexibility of body and mind, create strength and tone, connect with self-healing, and have wonderful Yoga experiences!

Private Yoga Instruction is useful in developing a personal practice and in learning to adapt group class postures to serve your individual needs.  Students that receive private instruction frequently benefit from personalized help in deepening their Yoga practice.  We will complete an intake for you to assess your flexibility, any limitations because of injury or surgery and create a Yoga practice specifically for you based on your individual needs.

"I am available to schedule private and small group session in the Yoga Studio Space or in the comfort of your own home, office or other safe location of your choosing.  Let's find the time that fits your schedule, needs and goals. I teach all Yoga classes in a non-aggressive, supportive manner; assisting you at your own level and encouraging you to grow at your own pace."

Styles of Yoga offered:Gentle, Moderate and Vigorous Yoga Classes - Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, Breath-work (Pranayama), and Yoga-Fitness. 

Every Yoga practice begins with awareness, starting with the breath.. The practice of Yoga Asanas and Pranayama are very helpful with releasing stress, tension and creating calm and patience in the mind and body.

~Yoga Class Descriptions:
All Yoga classes are taught in a non-aggressive, supportive manner that will assist you at your own level and will encourage you
to grow at your own pace.

•Gentle Hatha – Accessible to those new to yoga, or who want a gentler approach to their practice. Modifications offered.
•Moderate Hatha – More challenging postures are introduced, for those who are fit and/or have a continuing practice.
•Vigorous Hatha – Challenging postures/sequences, for those who have an established practice, and no physical limitations.
•Vinyasa Yoga – Postures are presented in a flowing sequence coordinated with breath. Challenging and invigorating.
•Yoga-Fitness – Yoga postures coupled with work-out techniques to strengthen, tone and improve cardio capabilities.

~Private Yoga Session Pricing:
+Single Private Yoga Session  -$45 /hour
   -$60 /hour and a half session

+Ongoing Private Yoga Sessions -$40 /hour (4 or more sessions )
   -$50 /hour and a half (4 or more sessions)

~Private Group Session Pricing:
+Small Group Yoga Sessions - $30 /hour per person
